President

Jim Burnett

Co-founder of ServiceWear Apparel, Jim leads the team and focuses heavily on the administration of this contract, major customer relationships, and our integrated sales and marketing efforts. He brings over 40 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management to the “Seamless Partnership” team. He has worked for several major national corporations and served as a Congressional Chief of Staff. Jim joined our parent company, SMS Holdings, in 2003, where he oversees the operation and administration of the company’s government contracts and serves on the company’s Executive and Strategic Planning Committees.

Director of Business Development

Richard Reeves

Richard has over a decade of experience in uniforms and work apparel, starting as a Sales Manager in the rental/laundry uniform sector and evolving into one of the nation’s leading experts on the benefits of direct purchase. Early in his career, while managing and training a multi-state team of reps, he managed relationships with national accounts and worked with organizations of all sizes. As Director at ServiceWear, Richard assists the President in running the business while supporting and giving direction to other team members. With his keen insight and broad experience in the industry, he adds significant value to our support for our Public and Private Sector customers, spanning from State Agencies and major corporations to School Districts and Municipalities.

Senior Customer Development Manager

Vasch Stringer

Vasch Stringer heads up Customer Development, working closely with our major accounts. She is a long-term veteran of the uniform industry, with over 16 years of experience. First introduced to this complicated category when a previous employer gave her buying responsibility for the uniforms of 300 employees, she quickly discovered the role could be a full-time job on top of the normal day-to-day. But she did it so well that a national rental uniform company hired Vasch away as a multi-state sales assistant. She was soon given the added responsibility for direct purchase/inside sales and was later elevated through a series of promotions to Catalog Sales Manager. Vasch brought her customer service and leadership skills to ServiceWear in 2019.

Business Development Manager - Central Division

Jay McRee

Jay has been in the work apparel, uniform, and medical apparel industry for three decades, including 18 with Dickie’s. He has worked with organizations of all sizes and specialized needs throughout his career, bringing great experience and knowledge to ServiceWear Apparel. Jay works with agencies in the Public and Private sectors to determine their needs and provides the best uniform solution for each specific job application.

Customer Development Manager - Major Accounts

Tommy White

Tommy has been a manager in the uniform industry for over 24 years. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his role, having worked with several uniform companies and customers of all sizes over the decades. At ServiceWear Apparel, Tommy manages customer relationships and works closely with them to understand their uniform and apparel needs and the best solutions and products to meet them. Tommy prides himself on building long-term, trusted customer partnerships through outstanding service, communication, and reliability.

Business Development Manager - Western Division

Pat Allen

Pat Allen joined the ServiceWear Apparel team in early 2024. He brings 29 years of experience in the apparel and footwear industry, working with top brands like Timberland Pro, Merrill, and Columbia Sportswear. He is responsible for working with new customers in the Western United States to identify the best workwear and apparel needs for Public and Private Agencies.

Hannah Drane

Hannah Drane brings over five years of experience in the industry to her role at ServiceWear. She is our Northeast Business Development Manager, working with agencies in the Public and Private sectors to understand their needs and provide the best uniform solutions. She is known for being reliable and efficient, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for building strong customer relationships.

Stacy Winn

With over 20 years of experience in the marketing industry, Stacy Winn has dedicated the last 15 years to growing and leading the marketing efforts for ServiceWear Apparel. She was integral in the startup of ServiceWear many years ago. As the Director of Marketing, Stacy is responsible for steering the overall strategy and execution of all ServiceWear Apparel marketing plans, always aiming to innovate and elevate the brand presence in the market. Based in Nashville, TN, she spearheads a dynamic and robust Marketing team and collaborates with the ServiceWear Leadership team to bring ideas to life.
